We can tell you how much the staff here at Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing can do wonders for you, but the best way we can get this point across is to spotlight some of the wonderful and heart-warming comments we have received from patients, residents, and their families.

We have many rehabilitation patients passing in and out of our facility, and nothing makes us feel better than hearing from them after they return home, especially when they are in far better health than they were when they started treatment with us.

Virginia Backus writes, “I am so grateful to you and your staff for your exceptional care. The 2nd Floor staff, the wonderful meals, and the physical therapy personnel who gave me encouragement and insisted on (personal) discipline.”

Thank you, Virginia! Our staff is skilled at bringing out the best in the people we serve. Many even do things, due to their hard work and perseverance, that they didn’t think were possible.

Ben Penner, who was also in physical therapy with us, writes, “If it wasn’t for you guys, I wouldn’t be at this point. I was on a lot of drugs and I’ve gotten off of a lot and have my focus back.”

Congratulations, Ben! We’re so proud of what you’ve been able to accomplish.

Kathy Tomasilli sent us a note thanking one of our staff members. She states, “Thank you for all you did to comfort my mother during Dad’s final month at Ontario Center. You are such a compassionate person.”

Thank you so much, Kathy. Some situations require the utmost in compassion and sensitivity, and we are proud to receive messages like that when a family has been provided comfort in difficult times.
